Welcome to the St. Dominic Elementary Hot Lunch & Milk Program website. On this site parents will be able to place lunch and milk orders for their children.

We believe that by involving and informing parents we will have a more supportive and effective school environment for our children. It is up to us to work together to ensure our children have the best possible school experience.

Important Information:

Late orders cannot be accepted.  

All orders are due by the 20th of each month!

Payments: We only accepts hot lunch order payments through Bambora. No cheque or cash payments will be accepted at any time.You can either pay with a credit card as a Bambora guest (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), or set up your own Bambora account.

Reminders:

1) We will only be accepting online orders and payments this year.  Do not send cash or checks into the school as they will not be accepted and your child(s) hot lunch order will be cancelled without payment.

2) Once an order is placed, there will be no refunds.

3) If your child is not present for a paid meal we cannot reimburse it. You may call the school (780-639-3520) and ask to:

 (a) have it placed in the fridge for the next day,

(b) have it given to someone else,

(c) or you can come in just before lunch to pick it up.

*When one bus (to St. Dominic Elementary School) is not running due to inclement weather (not mechanical issues) then hot lunch will be postponed to the following school day. Any children (who were supposed to receive hot lunch that day) that arrive to school without lunch will be provided with food from PAC. Hot lunch will run the following school day. Please check the Facebook PAC page daily for bus schedule status updates.
